Founder & designer

A Mumbai atelier making clothes that feel like a second skin.

Aashna’s story

In her words

Ever since I was a child, the world of fashion spoke to me—not merely as clothing, but as a feeling. A feeling of confidence, comfort, and quiet power. This belief continues to shape my design philosophy today.

Kosh Couture is built on the idea of creating garments that feel like a second skin—pieces that flatter, empower, and allow a woman to fully be herself.

Rooted in an atelier-led design process, my work values precision, hand-finished details, and thoughtful experimentation. Each garment is approached with care, intention, and respect for craftsmanship.

My design process is deeply intuitive and woman-centric. Every outfit is thoughtfully crafted for the woman who wears it, with a focus on discovering her personal ‘Kosh’ fit—where silhouette, fabric, and movement come together effortlessly.

What we hold to

Four quiet principles.

  1. 01

    Second Skin

Pieces that flatter, empower, and let a woman fully be herself.

  2. 02

    Atelier-Led

Designed, cut and fitted in our Mumbai studio, with precision at every seam.

  3. 03

    Hand-Finished

Hems, tassels and embroidery completed by hand, with care and intention.

  4. 04

    Woman-Centric

Every outfit crafted for the woman who wears it, and the way she moves.

The Kosh Fit

Where silhouette, fabric and movement meet.

  1. Silhouette

We begin with your shape, not a size. Where a line should hold, and where it should let go.

  2. Fabric

Organza that floats, velvet that settles, chanderi that keeps a pleat. Chosen for how it will sit on you.

  3. Movement

Then we watch it move. Panels cut to swing, hems weighted by hand, nothing that pulls when you dance.

Inside the atelier

Every piece passes through the same small studio in Mumbai, from the first sketch to the last hand-stitched hem.
