From our hands to yours
Every Kosh piece is checked by hand, steamed, folded in tissue and placed in a muslin bag before it leaves the Mumbai atelier. Each parcel is insured and tracked from the day it is dispatched.
You will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Lead times
Some pieces are ready and waiting. Most are made for you after you order.
- Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched in 3 to 5 working days.
- Made to order in 4 to 6 weeks, plus transit.
- Made to measure and bespoke: agreed with you at your consultation, usually six to twelve weeks.
If you have a wedding or event date, tell us when you order. We will say honestly whether we can meet it.

Within India
Shipping is complimentary on orders of ₹50,000 and above. Below that, a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Standard delivery: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Express delivery to metro cities: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- Cash on delivery may be available on ready-to-ship pieces below a set order value.

International orders
We ship to most countries through an express courier, insured and tracked door to door. The shipping charge for your country is calculated at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside India may attract import duties and local taxes in the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are payable by you on delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We declare the full value of every parcel. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or under-declare their value.

Receiving your parcel
A signature is required on delivery. Please check that the outer packaging is intact before you sign. If it looks damaged, note it with the courier and write to us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will make it right.
