About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order placed with Kosh Couture. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our shipping, returns and privacy policies, which form part of these terms.

Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if a piece is no longer available or if the price shown was clearly an error, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST for delivery within India. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for your convenience; you are charged in INR or in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
Made-to-measure and bespoke work
You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you provide. We review every set and will contact you if something looks unusual. Bespoke commissions are governed by a separate commission agreement covering design, deposit, fittings and timelines.
The nature of handwork
Our pieces are hand-finished. Slight variations in colour, thread and embroidery between a piece and its photographs are natural and are not defects. Screens also render colour differently; we are happy to send a fabric swatch or a video before you order.
Designs and content
All designs, photographs, text and marks on this site belong to Kosh Couture or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reproduce them for commercial use without our written consent.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
