Because most Kosh pieces are made for one person, our returns policy is shaped around how each piece is made.

Ready-to-ship pieces
If a ready-to-ship piece does not fit as you hoped, we will gladly exchange it for another size or offer store credit.
- Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all tags and the muslin bag.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Made to order, made to measure and bespoke
These pieces are cut and finished for you alone, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. We would rather get the fit right before we cut: our team reviews every set of measurements and will call you if anything needs a second look.
If a made-to-measure piece needs adjusting, we will alter it once, free of charge, within 14 days of delivery.

If something is not right
Hand-finished work carries small variations in thread and weave. These are the marks of the hand, not faults. If a piece arrives with a genuine defect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Cancellations
- Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
- Made-to-order and made-to-measure orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before fabric is cut.
- Bespoke commissions follow the cancellation terms in your commission agreement.

How to request an exchange
Write to atelier@koshcouture.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will arrange a pickup within India. International customers ship returns at their own cost, using a tracked service.
Refunds, where they apply, are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of the piece reaching the atelier.
