Questions we are often asked.

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched in 3 to 5 working days and arrive within a week in India. Shipping within India is complimentary on orders of ₹50,000 and above. See the shipping policy.

Often, yes. A different colour, a longer sleeve, a deeper back, a lighter dupatta. Write to us with the piece and what you have in mind, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Pieces made to order take 4 to 6 weeks. For bridal and bespoke work, begin the conversation three to four months before your date, so there is time for fittings without hurry.

Ready-to-ship pieces can be exchanged within a short window if unworn. Made-to-order, made-to-measure and bespoke pieces are cut for you alone and cannot be returned, though we will adjust the fit. Read the returns policy.

Choose made to measure on any eligible piece and share your measurements at checkout, or ask us to call you and take them together. Our team checks every set before cutting. The size guide shows how to measure.

Yes, to most countries, insured and tracked. Import duties and taxes are set by your country and payable on delivery. We are happy to arrange a video consultation across time zones.
